Tracking Your Order
Upon subscribing, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your lingerie is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Any changes to the shipping address must be made at least one week before the scheduled shipping date to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather, carrier issues, etc. In the event of a significant delay, we will communicate the status to you and work to resolve any issues promptly.

Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unclaimed packages will result in a delay or cancellation of your order. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

For hygiene related reasons, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed on www.aniselifestyle-lingerie.com , we will not be able to make any changes. In case of a mistake in your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

We conduct a thorough inspection of each product and take great care when packing every order to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. Please ensure that all order details are accurate before submitting your order for processing.

We are committed to providing our customers with products that meet the highest standards of quality. In the event of a manufacturing defect in your garment, you are encouraged to contact us at aniselifestyle@icloud.com to request return for authorisation. Please reach out within 5 business days of receiving your item, providing a brief description and images illustrating the defect or issue.
If for valid reasons a refund is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving your returned package. It is important to note that the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refunded amount. The time frame for the refund to be credited to your bank account depends on your financial institution. Specific timelines can be obtained by contacting your bank directly.
